Ayurveda is the name given to the science of life and art of healing, the place where body, mind and spirit are equally important. This journey of a thousand miles through India and other countries makes it unique and poetic journey, where find significant medical or simple villagers living in harmony with nature and the principles of Ayurveda in the global era of Internet, nuclear energy, etc.
According to the constitution of each person, Ayurveda offers a comprehensive plan to maintain and / or restore the mind-body balance based on diet, physical activity, daily routines, mental harmony and spiritual development, accounting support of medicinal herbs and techniques of detoxification and rejuvenation.

"in Sanskrit, have a nice word for suffering. They call and Vedant Vedant means two things: one, suffering; other knowledge. Vedant comes from the same root as "closed." Veda means knowledge source. Who created the word Vedant knew a fact, that suffering is knowledge. So they used the same word-root for both.
If you suffer, immediately you are aware. It feels like there is when the stomach hurts. Before, maybe there, but was not in your consciousness. So medical science, and in particular Ayurveda defines health as the absence of body, if you do not perceive the body, are in good health, if you perceive it, is that something is wrong because the perceive something exists only when something is wrong.
