Tai Chi Chuan is known for performing sequences of movements and practitioners characterized by the union of consciousness and body movement, slow, flexibility, circularity, continuity, smoothness and firmness, and the feeling of harmony that passed. Special features could be summarized in five points:
1 - The movements are very cool, soft and slow and most of them are curves or circles, and does not flex or extend over any part of the human body.
2 - The practice is uniform and moderate rate of speed.
3 - movements are directed by the conscious mind, and practice time can be made to the conscience directs the energy to flow throughout the movement alo.
4 - There is a high coordination between mind, breath and body.
5 - avoids unnecessary tension and relaxation all. You have to know well the muscles contract cooperators each year and at the same time extend antagonists.
